Motley Bird – Epuri Sugarfree Energy Drink

Motley Bird – Epuri Sugarfree Energy Drink: Motley Bird??s Epuri sugar free is as smooth and tasty as sugar free energy drinks get. Just like the cranberry, the packaging and marketing on this beverage is stellar. I want to compare this to Red Bull sugar free but the Motley Bird has slightly less carbonation, which makes it go down smoother. I have been very satisfied with the effects of this line and energy drink companies could learn a few things about marketing and presentation from Motley Bird, a divine messenger of energy. -
McDonald’s

McDonald’s : Conversely, their food is not fit for pigs, but their dining rooms are usually clean, and their employees don’t look like they’re wearing a house arrest ankle bracelet under their petroleum-based uniforms. Consequently, I find myself eating there more often than I should. (I always leave muttering, “Never again…”) All the kids running around make it seem a little more wholesome than it really is, I suspect, and it is a pretty good place to expel urine during a long car trip — I wonder if they’ve ever done any studies to find out how much of their sales are piss-driven? One step up from a last resort, but still McNasty. The “plus” is for their awesome fries… and their janitorial staff. -
Dotori
Posted on April 5th, 2009 No commentsDotori: Absolutely superb Japanese/Korean restaurant just by Finsbury Park station. The food is faultless and for Japanese, the prices are astounding – you can eat, and drink your fill for ??20 per person. Really, really recommended. Warning – it’s tiny and you may be wise to book as every time I’ve been in, people have been turned away due to it being full.

Lismore Scotch

Lismore Scotch: A longtime fan of Speysides, I’d usually kept Cragganmore around as my house Scotch. That changed a little over a year ago when I gambled $21 and went home with a bottle of Lismore. What a pleasant surprise it was to find that, although rather undistinguished and a bit quick on the finish, this vatted malt Scotch gives Cragganmore a run for its money. It has a pleasant nose, is full of fruit and honey, with good smoke in the middle. I have not yet tried the 12-year or the 25-year yet, but I rate this one so highly because — especially at this price — it is a very tasty and enjoyable Scotch> I have converted a number of friends, as well!
