Jrb Designs Ltd: JRB Designs have handled all aspects of our planning application for a new build house. They have provided initial advise on design, created planning application drawings based on our requirements and submitted the planning application. We found John to be very supportive in our meetings with the local authority planners and very willing to listen to our comments on the design and amend the drawings accordingly. This is the second time we have used JRB Designs and would highly recommend.

realestate.com.au: Pros:? Comprehensive database for buying and renting properties Simple, user friendly, easy to navigate

Cons: Unlike domain.com.au, this website hardly had any change in the last few years. It hasn??t incorporated the latest technology, such as street view from google map.

Overall: Realestate.com.au is the website preferred by realestate agents for online adverstising in selling and renting properties. It has a comprehensive database, including properties sold in the last 6 months. To find a property, one can choose a suburb or postcode and later filter the search based on property type, price range, number of bed rooms. Simple and easy. Having said this, in the last 3 years there was barely any improvement in the website. The new beta version doesn??t gain popularity. In 2008, Realestate.com.au hired a new CEO. Hopefully, we will soon see some enhancement in this website.
